After a long hectic day of work, I went to this specific Burger King , ordering the meal was fairly quick , this wasn’t the issue though. I specifically told the drive through rep. No pickles no tomatoes, then they make me wait about 20 minutes waiting outside because they had about 3 cars that we’re waiting in front of me. Never the less I decide I’ll wait. He comes out with my to go bag and reads out the order to me. I say thank you and head home, when I get home the food was literally cold and there was like a handful of pickles and about 2 slices of tomatoes. Now normally I wouldn’t do this because I too had worked a fast food restaurant and I know from first hand how crazy it can get. But what boils my blood is that the manager was just standing there putting stickers on the bags , if they are undermanned they need to pay more so that people can actually go and apply , no wonder is hard to compete with McDonalds when they are paying 13 dollars an hour . Whoever took my order “forgot” that the Whopper is double, do you think it was bad faith? But when ever, everyone is honest for sure but… I called Burger King and the woman who answered oops I don’t want to bother anyone maybe it’s a man with a woman’s voice or a giraffe or who knows what else told me that I have to ask Uber for a refund but first place another order. From the time on our receipt to the time we got our food was 10 minutes and that is really unacceptable. Part 2: visited this same Burger King approximately 3 weeks ago and received HORRIBLE customer service from a shift manager working the night shift. Instead of reviewing it I called the store manager the next day because I felt it was something that needed to be addressed. The store manager apologized and said he was going to handle it and send me something for my bad experience.
