I'd like to share some praise for Hector who assisted me. Two primary things stood out:
Hector's Customer Service Acumen
I am a bit of a weird customer. I have a low cannabis IQ and few preferences in terms of product. It's probably easy when someone walks in and says, "I'd like 7 grams of your strongest indica." Whereas I always have to say, "I don't really care as long as its strong and not insanely expensive." That's probably a much more challenging conversation for the sales person.
Hector was patient, kind, and highly knowledgeable. He guided me through the products he believed fit my needs, didn't panic when I told him price was a factor, and laid out options that all sounded appealing to me. I got exactly what I needed as a customer & didn't have to sweat about it.
Hector's Sales Acumen
I have a background in software sales, and one of the most difficult things for our sales reps to execute is making the upsell ask elegantly. Tons of reps do it. But it's off-puting and desperate.
Hector had initially suggested a live resin cartridge. Which I initially shied away from since I'm only familiar with distillate and it was slightly more expensive. After talking about the qualities & price range I was looking for, Hector named off a few items and mentioned that his favorite happens to be the live resin product. Not desperate. Not twisting my arm. He made an earnest recommendation based on his personal experience, and I was sold. That is extremely difficult to coach for managers that get paid a lot of money to coach it, and he does it effortlessly.
If his manager is reading this, I hope you know what a rockstar member of your team Hector is. I'm in staffing now and would snap him up in a heartbeat if a client told me they needed sales people.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had a couple snags/delays in my deliveries, which if management for delivery sees this, please forgive me for my recent voicemail, was under a bit of stress had no herb and wasnāt sure why my order hadnāt made it here by 8pm or if it was even still coming. I want to be more patient and understanding going forward, of the delays that can occur with deliveries. šāŗļø
However, still by far the best dispensary Iāve shopped with. Amazing and budget, friendly prices, and very good quality herb. $35 for a 1/4 of something with a 25% THC content is incredible and such a bargain. The staff are always friendly with me, very helpful, great customer service, and delivery drivers have been the same and are also very diligent about asking if change is needed when I hand them more cash than my total.
They have a points system as well which is awesome and offer FREE delivery with ONLY a 25 minimum purchase(not 50 or 70 like most places), so again itās a very ideal place for those on a tight budget or fixed income.
Iām still very proud to say this dispensary still has a regular and faithful customer.
