Our Tavern — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

I loved this place. It's really beautiful inside. The bar is in the rear and pool tables and shuffleboard in the front. It has the feel of a private club but it's friendly and down to earth. The bartender was beautiful and so very engaging. This would be a great place to bring a date. It's a "Cheers" kind of place where you can sit with a drink and the patrons interact. Or you can sit and chill quietly. This is a place a woman can come alone and be perfectly safe. Nestled in a neighborhood, this is a gem. Parking is to the right of the building. If full, you can park on the street. This night there was a kids party at one of the houses so there were more than normal cars parked on the street. A great bar. It's clean, the pool tables are immaculate( no interference on any shot), shuffle board tables are. The best maintained I have never seen. The beer selection isn't large but they have a handful of quality craft beers on tap, a decent stocked bar, the bartender is friendly, and I dropped a $20 on the floor and it was returned to me.
