Oh boy, I have never had an issue before today. I had a medical emergency and needed to take my daughter to the ER, got an email about a game that was due the same day and said ill just drop it off on the way it's a quick two second stop at the back drop. Boy was I WRONG. NOWHERE is it mentioned they will not accept games to be dropped off there and be checked back in. Now im being told I have an overdue item they currently have in their possession until I can come in personally and check it in. First of all, IM NOT IN TOWN THANK YOU. Secondly, if you do not accept games to be dropped off to the drop off for check in it should be posted or you should be notified when checking them out. Avoid Valerie that's for sure, no customer service skills at all and definitely not an understanding person.
