Java Bean — Restaurant in Grantsville

They've been charging people for 24oz coffee but giving them 20oz. Their menu doesn't suggest a 20oz coffee anywhere but the receipt says 20oz with the 24oz price. It's been happening since the beginning of November 2020 that I know of and it's now the end of January 2021, I would tell the barista that I ordered 24oz and they would say "20oz is their biggest hot coffee, sorry for the confusion." I thought I wasn't reading the menu very well because I always get the same thing anyway wherever I go (24oz Chai latte with a double shot) and didn't pay very much attention, so I asked for a receipt yesterday to check the price and compare to their menu. Hopefully they can get bigger cups to match their menu or fix the price in the computer, seems a little dishonest and misleading. Surely I'm not the only one who has ordered the 24oz from the menu and been given a 20oz but with 24oz price. I went through the drive through hoping to get a good breakfast sandwich but boy was I soon to be disappointed. I got a build your own sandwich with bacon and cheese. I thought it would at the very least be toasted but they couldn’t even do that. The bacon was cooked as much as it possibly could. When I picked up the bacon looking at it in shock it crumbled from me just touching it. It was all one disgusting burnt color and I was blown away that they would even serve that to someone let alone cook it for that long. Not to mention there was a disgusting grey hair in one of our sandwiches. This was easily the worst experience I have ever had eating somewhere. I will never come here again. I love the coffee and the tres quesos but most of the time I come here it take more than 5 minutes today 11/7/2023 I wait 15 minutes to get the same order I always order when it usually take 7 mins when there people there no people in the dine in or in the drive thru. I love this place mind you is the only place in grantsville for coffee bit the services sucks, I ask nicely to the server and the only thing she answer was “it didn’t took 15min” I answer I time you. Anyhow food is good services from the drive thru need to improve a lot, there were 3 server no people so please don't tell me it wasn't 15 min and not even apologize for chit chatting at least mention if your in break thank I would understand but...
