Betos — Restaurant in Grantsville

The woman working the drive through window is EXTREMELY unprofessional yelling at us through the window, not to mention I could hear her talking bad behind the window with her coworkers. This company should HIGHLY consider getting new employees that show some profession in their work. Absolute ridiculous and seriously just embarrassing for her, I feel for the bosses of this establishment. Don't waste your time or money on this place the food wasn't even worth the hassle and stress this woman caused. IN FRONT OF MY 6 YEAR OLD NONE THE LESS. Shame on you. Get some respect. She wasn't wearing a name tag because God forbid I be able to complain directly about her. UPDATE: The woman working the drive through was not there today, and the food was great my only complaint was being called a liar because they forgot to put something in my order acting like I tried to steal another tortilla. Get real. I didn't even leave the seating area! I feel bad for the girl working the front as obviously it isn't her fault but unfortunately gets yelled...

I’ve been to a lot of Beto’s locations restaurants it’s actually one of my favorite places to eat and have always had about the same friendly ish customers service and have always been happy with them I’ve been to this grantsville location more than a few times and the lady who works the morning shift is absolutely amazing and always seems to go above and beyond without trying now the younger girl who is usually in the afternoon/night shift is horrible it’s a completely different environment she doesn’t want to help she won’t add stuff to your food “because the chef doesn’t want too” and I’ve on average spend about $25 and for the same thing I always get I spend $35 like she upped the price on me long story short this was my last straw I gave it a chance and she is just absolutely horrible this is actually my first review I’ve ever wrote and betos is one of my number one spots definitely going to be a hard time going back to...

The food was very fresh! Grabbed the ranchero burrito and the onions were cooked perfectly, the steak wasn't dry like some of the locations in downtown Salt Lake, very pleasing to see how well done everything was.

The portions are very generous. I'm quite a big eater and still only managed to get through half a burrito, so make sure you bring friends when you try and take down one of these.

The young lady at the front counter was very kind, helpful and polite. If you like Beto's, and know how the good ones are compared to the bad ones, this is one of the great ones! Stop on by for a great bite to eat anytime.

Would definitely bring friends here knowing they would enjoy the food as much as I did.

Food that's cooked fresh will never be a 5-minute wait, so don't expect McDonald's speeds! Still, very quick service and I feel comfortable knowing they didn't already have all the food made in the back and just piled...
