RTown Gallery — Attraction in Grapevine

R Town Art Gallery is charming, and Rachel is wonderful to work with. We rented the gallery for a suprise 70th birthday party on a Saturday evening in September. It was perfect for our group of 26. Rachel has thought of every detail, including Sonos speakers, nice lighting, a perfect spot for cake cutting, a cute retro cooler for drinks, and, of course, the eclectic and beautiful collection of art on the walls. There was even a cute seating area with a love seat on the far end of the gallery for those who wanted to sit. Absolutely loved this front facing gallery on Main Street. It was so refreshing to see another gallery in the mix of all the retailers. It's so important to promote the local art and culture of Texas in high traffic areas like this. The permanent collection seems to be a lot of modern art which can be a drastic change for some viewers but I personally loved to see it. We went at a time when they had a special exhibit from an artist from Tyler, TX and it was truly excellent. Rachel was such a great host and had loads of information about each artist and all the upcoming events. I am so excited for this gallery and can't wait to watch it grow. I’ve been visiting RTown since they first opened in the new location, January 2023. You will not find a more friendly and welcoming gallery with local artists who care about their collectors. It’s not only awesome getting to see emerging artists’ work, but also getting the chance to meet them at their monthly art receptions.
