Rocket Fizz Grapevine — Local services in Grapevine

I use to visit Rocket Fizz with excitement to fill my bag with assorted candies however, now the assortment is taffy, so disappointing. It would be nice if you could bring back the hard candy assortments. I've gone from Atlanta to Arkansas to Texas with the same disappointment. Bring back the candy!!! I'm sorry if I touched a nerve Jason. I was just pointing out how I would love to see more of a selection of other bagged candy equal to the amount of salt water taffy displayed. Yes, there is a wide selection of candies and soda and Rocket Fizz is a great experience. You should take the criticism constructively as it was meant. It is not just Grapevine it is all Rocket Fizz locations. To other readers, Rocket Fizz is a great place to see candies from the past that you grew up with as well as new novelty candies. Grapevine Rocket fizz racist/discriminatory? I have lived in Grapevine Texas my whole life, and have always found joy in shopping at rocket fizz as a child because it’s fun to look at all the candy. My brother has grown up the exact same way as me and spends money at rocket fizz every time we go down Main Street, but during the Christmas parade (December 7) my brother (a mixed child) and his Hispanic friend, kept on getting phone calls and walked out of the store to be respectful. Were pulled aside by an employee and told it was suspicious that they kept on walking in and out of the store and not buying anything, and were given the poor excuse that the OWNER is tired of children (they’re 13) then REMOVED from the store! Good selection of sweets and sodas but pretty expensive. The first visit was not a good visit by any standard. The timing of the store on google and the time displayed at the door were different and when I reached with my son according to the staff they were serving the last customer and they did not let us in even though we were there half an hour before the closing time (displayed closing time at the door). The price of sodas which are rare and expensive is different then selling sodas which are available for $1.30 less at Kroger for instance. But I still bought them as my son wanted them.
