Extra Space Storage — Attraction in Green Brook Township

Today I went to Extra Space Storage, located in Greenbrook, NJ. To pick up some moving supplies. When I entered the office, the employee working was servicing a customer, but as soon as walked in he immediately took a moment to professionally greet me and informed me that he would be with me shortly.

After he was done servicing the other customer, he helped me choose the supplies I needed and explained the benefits of use. His name is Jordan Williams. I was very impressed with his friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

This man needs to be promoted to a high level management position, if he desires to be and when a position is available for him. Other companies could learn a lot from Jordan because he is not only very service orientated, he is also very efficient on handling customers purchases and the other office responsibilities. Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I do NOT recommend anyone use this company! I'm still in the midst of a moving which has taken much longer than I expected. It's clean and good for storage purposes, but I think it's time the Dept of Consumer Affairs came in & investigated their financial price gouging practices (for lack of a better term). I have 5 units that I got 1 at a time to spread the payments out. Once again, I suddenly found 3 had shot up an extra 100$. They're just taking advantage of people in hard times. There's 1 employee there who actually has staying power but unfortunately does not have enough authority. Gary should be running the place.
