Extremely unprofessional and racist encounter. I came to get new tiles and a new tub for my bathroom. the salesman asked me which side the drain was on and then confused me by saying left or right instead of front or back, he had a very rude tone while talking to me and was even shaking his head when i asked simple questions. After this i explained to him That I did not like his behavior or how he was treating me and even exclaimed that he was coming off as racist. I’d also like to point out that whenever someone gives this place a bad review you guys like to apologize then make it seem like the customer is wrong. i find it pretty weird that all these customers would all complain about something but also all be the ones to initiate it? You should start taking accountability for your poor customer service and change your employees instead of trying to play the victim card everytime. Maybe if you actually took accountability instead of acting childish you wouldn’t have these many complaints. This happened to my father but I am writing the complaint since he is busy. I suggested they wait until I leave to do that & she tried to backtrack with some stupid cover-up. When I called her on that- she said- well, we have had bad days! When I said, that's no excuse; she said well, we have construction going on & listen to what we are dealing with; when I said that wasn't an excuse- she yelled at me to leave. UPDATE: The response from GPS is incorrect. They did not have what I was looking for so I was leaving the store when I heard them mocking me.
