The Tailor Boutique LTD — Attraction in Green Park

I paid $186 to have 2 dresses hemmed and steamed for a wedding. I was told by Christine they would be ready the following Friday. I was out of town the following Friday, so I wasn't able to pick them up until the Tuesday after that Friday. When I arrived, they weren't ready. I had to drive 45 minutes one way to her shop, so I was disappointed that no one called to tell me they weren't done. Christine told me to come back the next day and she would have them ready. I went back the next day and tried my dress on; it was very wrinkled. Christine mentioned the dress looked longer in the front (which it was), then told me took straight ahead and said, "Oh, it's because you were looking down and its not zipped all the way. It's actually not longer in the front." I reminded her that I paid for steaming and she said she had already steamed it twice but would steam it again. The other dress was also wrinkled. She said to give her a week. I went back a week later to pick up the dresses (at this point, it's 3 days before the wedding). I gave the man at the counter my ticket, he couldn't locate my dresses. He called Christine and she told him where she hung them (apparently, she had recently steamed them). He said "No, those aren't her dresses, they have someone else's receipt tags on them." I told him they actually were my dresses, but she did indeed have the wrong customers receipt tags on my two formal dresses. He hung up on her. Talk about disorganized. I was so frustrated, I took the dresses and left. After paying $186, this is the service I was provided. Christine appears to be very disorganized and not calling me when the dresses weren't ready was unprofessional. My formal gown is actually longer in the front and I stepped on it several times throughout the event. I will not use this boutique again, nor will I...

I had to get my wedding dress alt to fit me. I got my dress off of Amazon so it didn't fit very well. She charged me 385, the shops I went to before here wanted to charge me over a 1000 for the same thing. I had a lace long sleeve dress. I had to get inches off the bottom along with a buttress added and the sides being taken in. It wasn't an easy job. I brought the dress in 5 months before my wedding. She had it done in 3 weeks.
