I have been doing business with Computer warehouse, Battery Division for 2.5 years. I was referred to them from a colleague from another university that also had excellent results with Computer Warehouse. We have over 50 fully electric vehicles on campus & procure several batteries a year. Melinda will find the best price she can and typically, that is the best price & warranty I can find. When it comes to different forms of battery packs we want to try, if she does not know the answer, she will find the answer, not leave you waiting & wondering if she has forgotten about your concern. She will keep you posted if there is a delay on why she dose not have the answer, yet. Normally, she is waiting on a battery engineer to respond to her call. Melinda is not a pushy sales person and she will not try to ‘bluff’ her way through an answer. If you have a battery need or a question, I suggest you give them a call. I did. I was content with the supplier I had previously but was able to get better service, pricing as well as prompt...
Read moreHave yet to have a good experience here. Tried calling for home network services and was told they don't do that, which is fine. They shared that they supply many local contractors with hardware and parts. After asking for a referral, I was told they wouldn't share any names because they didn't want to play favorites. We'd only lived in town for a few days and had no contacts. Very disappointing, and also a shame for contractors who do business with them and are missing referrals.
Also stopped by their location recently to shop for some wireless equipment. The young lady working the front counter was very nice and needed to refer my question to the owner/manager. Instead of coming up front to chat, the gentleman simply shouted responses to the salesperson. No effort was made to chat with a potential, long-term client. Left the store, and likely won't be back.
Special thanks to Intrex Computers for having product, consulting with a new client and for excellent...
Read moreIn December I had accidentally dropped my external hard drive while I was backing up data. The hard drive would not read and I began to panic. I looked into several different vendors for data recovery but ultimately decided to go with Computer Warehouse. There were cheaper options by mail online but you don’t want to risk losing your irreplaceable data just to save a bit of money. Many times there’s just one shot at recovery. If you take it to the wrong place and they mess it up, there’s no amount of money that can change that. So I went with Computer Warehouse because they’re local, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Everyone I spoke with was kind and took the time to answer all my questions. Data recovery can be terrifying—I thought I’d lost 2 years of memories. Gladly though, Jett was able to recover the data and answer all the questions I had about future storage processes. I hope I never lose my data again but glad there’s a place like Computer Warehouse...
