Quick notes
*Water is not free. Agua Fresca Mango is the way to go! With free refills.
*Get the Quesabirria pizza! It's totally worth the hype. 2 people can share for sure. And for $17.99, you can't beat it.

Drinks. Plan to pay for a drink. They have bottled water, can Coke, Sprite, or Diet Coke. No refills. They will bring you a cup of ice and a lime wedge.
They do have refills on sweet tea, Agua Fresca, and Horchata. Tonight, they had Mango & Hibiscus Agua Fresca, that's a water-based drink with fruit juice or floral added. It is lighter than juice and very refreshing on a hot day, like today.
Chips & Salsa were good. We also got the chorizo queso dip. It was good, but it could've had more chorizo and flavor for my taste.
Quesabirria pizza. This is where it's at! The flavor... the tender & juicy meat, the cheese, the crispy flour tortilla. SO. YUM. Firstly, this is totally a sharable dish. At $17.99, you can't beat that deal...in THIS economy? $9 a person? Worth it.
Second, the flavor is unmatched. We've tried quesabirrias at 6 Greensboro locations in the last month. This is in the top 2! This pizza is the same as the Quesabirria tacos, except they use 2 big flour tortillas. The tacos use corn. But they did a good job of .aking the flour tortillas crispy. The meat is tenter and juicy, has incredible flavor, and was cooked to perfection. There was plenty of cheese all the way through. They asked if cilantro & onions were okay, so don't fret if that's not your jam. The consume was the best. Fulled with lots of flavor and bits of cilantro & onions. I was worried that it would fall apart while dipping, but it held together! Definitely 10/10 would recommend.
Dessert. We got the Tres Leches Cake slice for dessert. It was a large slice, topped with whipped cream and crushed nuts along the back. It came with 3 toppers on the side. A condensed milk sauce, strawberry sauce, and chocolate sauce. Of course, we put all 3 on ours, but you can choose what you like. It really absorbed well, so it was melt-in-your-mouth good! It wasn't too sweet, even with all of the sauces.
We went on a Friday, and they had $4 margaritas. They have a DJ on Friday & Saturday evenings, with dimmed lighting and color lights with music. DJ starts around 9pm, and they are open until 2am (kitchen closes at 1:45am) They also had security there at 9pm. We love a safe place!
All in all. We were greeted with a smile. Our server was incredible, helpful, and always nearby. She answered all of my questions and made us feel very welcome. Next time we will return with friends. 10/10 would recommend! I'll keep an eye out for your reviews!
*I am in a wheelchair full-time. Parking is hard, as there weren't any handicap spots. But we were able to park in the parking lot behind the building. There is a ramp to get up the sidewalk. There was plenty of space for a wheelchair inside. I didn't use the bathroom, so I'm not sure about...
Read moreI have visited your establishment multiple times and have generally been satisfied with both the food and service. However, after my experience last night, I will not be returning.
I called in to place an order for two orders of birria tacos and chips and salsa. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with seemed to misunderstand my order. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was given only one order of tacos and the chips. I informed the staff member behind the bar, and they apologized and assured me they would prepare the second order. I paid for the food and waited at the bar.
After about 10 minutes, my food still had not been brought to me. I inquired with the staff, who checked the kitchen and discovered that my second order had already been made but was not delivered to me. I ended up waiting unnecessarily for additional time before receiving my food.
Upon returning home, I realized that the salsa was missing. I drove back to the restaurant and asked for the missing salsa, along with two additional portions. The staff informed me I would have to pay for the extra salsa. I explained the inconvenience of having to wait for my food, drive back, and the lack of proper service, and I requested to be accommodated. However, my request was refused. If I had dined in, I would’ve gotten complimentary chips & salsa so requesting additional salsa for something I paid for seems ridiculous. I can’t help but feel this was racially motivated as other Hispanic customers were greeted with hug’s & consideration but I was subsequently overlooked.
By the time I got home, my food was cold, and the beef was tough. I attempted to call today (3/3) to speak with a manager, but I was told the manager would not be in until 11 pm, which is the time the restaurant closes.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer care. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to improve future...
