USPS -- Gift 'n Post -- CPU — Attraction in Gresham

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a “post office” retail center!! How this place is still open is beyond me. The customer service is terrible with Wonen that are somehow rude with zero knowledge of the business. When u walk in, it smell like a cheap Grandmas perfume, with Dust on 1970s unsold cards. the worst is the employees tho. obviously NOT trained they are snappy and mean as if they hate their own existence. I cannot reiterate how bad these ladies are!!! what an embarrassmen!!

EDIT: Yes your Brag is not being busy, not having a simple scanner, computer or even (GASP) a futuristic printer. Cmon now, your 1 stars go back 10 plus year; at a 3.5 star business I would start trying to fix your business (or in your case as many of your spry 75 year old employees have suggested: RETIRE). first off I came in and it smelled bad inside. Second, I was sending my package needed signature conf. and track number. lady at the counter gave me a lil form to fill out. Now its been a week and I try to check it, guess what that number isn't a tracking its a sig. conf. number which means I have no way to check my package....I can only see if it got a signature.. the receipt that they give you also has no numbers on it.. and the rates there are crazy high.... Never again! I had to make a return on an item I bought online. I did a quick search on Google and this was the nearest place around me. I handed the lady my package and asked for a drop-off confirmation, her response was “we don’t do that here, it gets checked in at the airport”. I knew that was a red flag and I should’ve walked out.
