I had a wonderful time on the waterfall shuttle tour at the Columbia River Gorge. The tour guides, Taylor and Kelly, were amazing. They were raised in the area and knew everything about the geology, history, culture, and wildlife of the region. They were also very passionate and enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and stories with us.

The tour was well-organized and flexible. We had plenty of time to explore the beautiful waterfalls and viewpoints, and we never felt rushed. Taylor was kind enough to recommend alternate paths for people with limited mobility, and Kelly was great with little kids. They also helped us take family photos whenever we needed.

The shuttle was comfortable and safe. Taylor was a skilled driver who navigated the roads with ease. We did not have to worry about driving, parking, traffic, or GPS. We just enjoyed the scenery and the company.

The tour was also a great value. We saw several stunning waterfalls that were less crowded than Multnomah Falls, and we also visited the Vista House, which had a breathtaking view of the gorge. Taylor saved the best for last: Multnomah Falls, which was less busy than usual at the end of the day.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the beauty and diversity of the Columbia river gorge. Taylor is not only an excellent tour guide, but also the owner of the business. He truly cares about his customers and their environment. Thank you for a...

A Seamless, Scenic Experience with Exceptional Service

So glad we booked with Waterfall Shuttle—this is truly an outstanding business! The tour was a perfect way to explore Oregon’s breathtaking waterfalls and scenic vistas, and the pricing was more than fair for the value we received. This was a special mother-daughter trip, and my mom’s first time visiting Portland. She absolutely loved it. Our guide, Alex—who also happens to be the Operations Manager—was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure my 73-year-old mom was comfortable and included every step of the way. His knowledge of local history added so much depth to the experience, and his goofy humor kept us smiling throughout the tour.

Alex was incredibly thoughtful, always giving us a heads-up on what to expect and making sure everyone felt at ease. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion shines through in the way he treats his guests. The shuttle was clean and comfortable, and the logistics were handled flawlessly. All we had to do was hop on, soak in the views, and snap some photos—Waterfall Shuttle took care of everything else. The morning tour ran smoothly from start to finish.

I can’t rave about this experience enough. If you're visiting Portland, Waterfall Shuttle is a must....

We had an amazing experience start to finish. Our guide was Alex, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best time (not just of the tour, but Portland as well, with lots of great recommendations). The waterfalls were all amazing, and the tour was a great way to see a slice of Oregon nature and history. We did a small walk up close to a couple of waterfalls, a breeze for novice walkers like us - with Alex snapping some great pictures along the way! Such a friendly group on tour. They run x3 tours a day of anywhere up to x12 people (I think?) per van- so it’s pretty personal with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Hotel pick-up/drop-off was easy and efficient, and they also stop at Migration Brewing on the outskirts of town if you fancy a quick pint after the trip! 5/5 100% recommend -...

I had dreamed of visiting Multnomah Falls for years, so when I discovered a five-waterfall tour culminating at the Columbia Gorge, I jumped at the chance to book it. The experience exceeded my expectations, showcasing some of the most stunning waterfalls I've ever seen. Our tour guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting facts. He not only took great photos but also made the trip enjoyable with his humor and kindness. I was truly impressed by how much we accomplished in such a short time. The tour was definitely worth the investment, offering a far more relaxing and enjoyable experience than attempting to navigate it alone. Our guide expertly handled parking and detours around closed roads, and he provided insights on hiking trails for alternative views of the waterfalls.

My hubby and I live in Portland but haven’t had the chance to do the Gorge… so glad we took this tour. We got to see the best waterfalls at sunset and got a great lay of the land, so we know the best spots when we come again. We took my mom (who is from out of state) and it was great to have the shuttle and not have to deal with parking and driving. James was awesome! He was knowledgeable and gave us lots of great tips and tricks to the area. Our last stop was his favorite and it became our favorite - we definitely want to visit Latourell Falls again and do the hike. He came down into the water part with us and took pictures! The sunset from the vista was gorgeous and perfectly timed for the end of the tour!

We had a great experience with Waterfall Shuttle! The trip was well-organized and didn’t feel rushed, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop. What really stood out was the tour guide — he were knowledgeable about the local environment and history, which added a lot of depth to the experience. They kept us engaged the entire time! Another thing we appreciated was their hospitality. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was a relief to be dropped off directly at our hotel rather than figuring out transportation ourselves. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable outing, and we felt well taken care of throughout the day. We highly recommend Waterfall Shuttle!
