i couldn't be more pleased with my great new iphone 15 pro max with lidar and a l;ightning hole....i honestly believed from my grandpa doc brown the time traveler that the lightning hole literally shot lightnings out like zuess the Hercules man but thats not true... I was hesitant to make the switch from my old service of walmart prepaid cards and 34 dollar phopnes to at&t but when my financial overview took a tumble with the dow on jfridayy night 7 hours before the big drop in, well lets just say i absolutly deficated right into my grown man underwears. so i ran on down to my local at and t store where i met WILL OATMAN, and he helped me out and made things so simple... now i dont know what id do without my cell phone and i think about that a lot... sometimes i have to ask it my own name even.,. seriously help me im scared...and thanks will oatman, manager i love it this phone is great and ill never say bad words to my phone which is an essential tool for running my business from home and supporting my family and meeting the 9 chicks in witchita on tinder... thanks will!! you helped me gain money from doing business on my phone, but also confidence that i needed to lead my company back to the top of the PCI market analysis peak during level growth and exponential sideways candlestick chart evaluations. Read moreI’m convinced no one at AT&T knows what they are doing. I am out of state and needing a new phone because mine is acting up. Figured I could go ahead and start my new account anyway while I’m here. Came in at 2 PM to get help transferring my line over to my own account from my parents’ account so that I could start a new plan and get a new phone. The sales rep told me I needed to call customer service (who myself and my Dad have already spoken with several times) to get a note made in the account authorizing me to change billing responsibility and release my line. I’m already an authorized user and should be able to do this without him. Sat on the phone with customer service AGAIN for an hour, now my Dad is on the phone with them AGAIN trying to get me access to transfer my line even though I’m already an authorized user. My Dad asked to speak to the rep helping me to try to get a better idea of what is going on and what needs to happen. The rep refused to talk to him and repeated the same thing he told me an hour ago. The reps in the store won’t do anything to help and are saying completely different things than the customer service reps, which is ridiculous. Read moreI went in to the store Friday afternoon to get a new screen protector. I purchased the phone screen protector when I got my new phone back in March. I always buy the screen protector that way each time I go in there is just a small fee for a new one. When the lady looked up the account, she said there was no record, and told me I can’t do anything about it. She didn’t try to look into the issue at all. It was almost as if she didn’t believe me, she was unkind and just kind of blew me off. I called AT&T today and a kind young man helped me through the issue and noticed back in March derby store had put in the phone screen as a 14 pro instead of a 15 plus. We purchased two phone screen protectors one for me and one for my grandmother. She told me that I needed to have a receipt and would just need to buy new one. After calling today and the young man being a problem solver, I now have a new phone screen protector on the way, and it has been fixed in my account. I don’t ever plan to go back into the store...
