As a contractor, I have worked with Ray for more than 10 years - even before he arrived at Blue Ridge -I followed him from his previous employer because of his skill, knowledge, and expertise. Ray has been an invaluable source in helping design and layout kitchens for my clients. Ray's ability to work with existing spaces and draw from several different manufacturer's to exceed my customers expectations has been proven time and time again. The cabinets available through Blue Ridge have fit nicely with the full range of my customer needs. From stock with quick delivery to semi- and fully custom cabinets Ray has been able to repeatedly provide a quality product tailored to a full range of needs over the years.

There have been a few times that product has been delivered where I could tell it was damaged in transit - anyone who deals with large bulky product can understand this can occur. Ray has always worked quickly to resolve my concerns and replace or provide the product I needed, whether due to damage, or if I just want some additional pieces to help tie the project together with the rest of the home.

We ordered cabinets for our new kitchen and laundry room through Blue Ridge, working directly with Ray. It really depends on who answers the phone. Saturday someone answered, didn't get his name, and was trying to be very helpful, said to call back Monday they would contact their vendor. Monday I call back, someone else picks up the phone and was totally uninterested in helping, put me on hold and then tells me to call another company, that has no I idea of what I want.
