Worst pharmacy ever..there is only one girl which I don't remember her name but will get it next time I see her..she is the only one like me..wants it all to be fast in and out. The rest are horrible every thing to do with being nosey then dealing with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Folks if your lonely now is not the time to waste those of us waiting in line behind you.. go bowling or to a bar but stop wasting everyone's time..in and out..drive throu..get your meds then pull your car up for the next driver then check your meds and if anyyhing is wrong with your meds them let them know after. You are on camera so they know you are not doing something stupid. Like this isn't mine blah blah move the hell up! Get out of the line, ITS A DRIVE THROU.. NOT A CONSOLATION TO BE LAZY FOR NOT GOING INSIDE! YOU all make my exsprence the worst..I'm fast for me and those waiting behind me ..give me the same respect PLEASE!! UPDATE.. since I last reviewed! I was in line inside and there where 5 people in front of me..I left the line shopped around and decided to get in my car to go through the drive through because while in line I noticed who was helping customers at the drive through window..it was the woman whom I mentioned in the earlier rating..I found out her name..It's Donna! I was in and out of the drive thru before that first customer on the inside line made it to the exit of the store! I did share with Donna that I was inside and I saw her working drive throu..and rushed out here...so thank you Donna for being quick and loving what you do! People there are three windows..1 is drop off...that's to drop of prescriptions. 2. There is a consultation window.. that's where you look something up or speak to the pharmacist or get your year end tax print out. AND LASTLY 3RD..The check out line..if your prescription is ready ( and only if you know for sure) you walk up..GIVE YOUR ..last name..first name and date of birth..they ring u up ..othen you pay and say thank you have a great day and get the heck moving! Read moreI had been going to a Small Town Pharmacy directly across the street from this Big Box Pharmacy CVS Store for many years. I got to know the owners very well. We were even friends Outside of the business. They said hello to me By Name when I walked through their door every time. The owner even had my daughter in their Radio Commercials over the years as well. ....what am I getting at you ask? When you go to this Big Box CVS store now across the street from the former Small Town Pharmacy they will Def not give you that warm fuzzy feeling like at Skylands Community Pharmacy did when you walked through their door. Every employee took their job serious and to heart and treated their customers with love. Thanks to The Town of Hackettstown these fine folks at the Small Town Skylands Community Pharmacy lost their jobs and livelihoods. The town allowed this Big Box store to move in knowing they would put Skylands Community Pharmacy out of business. Shame on this town and Shame on the Mayor of Hackettstown for allowing this to happen. This town owes those employees an apology. Skylands Pharmacy Employees... you WILL be missed!! I wish you all the very best. This CVS avoided so many

As for CVS... my entire family is never stepping foot into this store. There are TWO other CVS Big Box Stores in Hackettstown if you need them. Oh and by the way, I pass this CVS every day and never see more than 4 customer cars in the parking lot at any given time. ...the word I'm hearing is they are messing up prescription orders constantly and the staff is rude to its customers. ...but...
Read moreI went to Budd Lake CVS for the majority of my life, before moving to Hackettstown. I switched to a small, local pharmacy out of convenience. However, this local pharmacy has been raided by the ATF & FBI multiple times and continue their narcotic-stealing behavior regardless. Switching back to CVS, though a different one, has relieved a lot of stress and I feel as though they are trustworthy. I've never been short a single pill from my 4 narcotics, nor the non-controlled substances I fill monthly. Though I've only been going to Hackettstown CVS for about 4 months and it's been a great decision. No ridiculously long wait times. The one time they didn't have one of my narcotics, they instantly called other local CVS locations to find and assure I received my medication immediately. They also accept prescription discounts via apps, goodrx, etc. I was paying $70+ a month for the prescription my insurance doesn't cover. Now, I pay $20, resulting in a $50 saving per month, which is a good amount of money, regardless of income or affluence. The pharmacy tech (can't think of her name) is incredibly friendly, helpful, and social. She's a 5/5...
