Rude, unprofessional, poor service and not worth the $$$.Just happy the kids didn't realize how rude the staff and owner were. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Thank you for your reply. I had hoped that your response would have been to contact me privately to help resolve this issue. This review was a customer service issue .I was keeping this review "professional" by leaving all the details out of the initial review, but based on the response I feel the details are necessary. I had spoken to the owner prior to the party and asked for 2 boxes of pizza that gives 2 slices of pizza per kid (8 kids total). When I saw the owner's husband coming in with 1 box of pizza I quickly asked if we could get another box of pizza as I had thought I had ordered 2 boxes. He said only 1 box was ordered, as they only include 1 slice per girl in their package. I said no problem but could we have one additional pie. I had full intentions of paying for the additional pie. Glad I ordered 1 more, the girls were still hungry and needed more to eat. As the owner walked in with the new fresh pie 5 girls asked for additional slices. The girls were told by the owner to eat what was on their plates, which was really just crust or cheese on their plates.(This is not how to treat paying customers or kids). While the girls were still eating pizza my daughter needed to use the bathroom which is in the back of the party place near the kitchen. While walking past the kitchen the staff and owner were eating the remainder of the additional pie that I had ordered and the girls at the table were not done eating yet. If this is professional I am clearly mistaken. When is it okay to eat customers' food before serving it to all the guests, kids and adults? Additional issues including the owner getting aggressive after I had asked that the remaining pizza be served to our guest before feeding themselves. The staff never once smiled at the kids (even before anything transpired) or engaged with them in a happy manner, if you work for a children's party center you would think they would be a little happier and more excited for the kids. On top of that, the staff wouldn't allow the girls to pick their own cupcakes, chocolate or vanilla even though they had plenty to allow them to choose. I had to again ask politely to let them pick. I would never give a negative review if it wasn't warranted. I paid over $1000 which is more than the $750 advertised. I paid and gave a $77 tip which was not deserved after what I had to deal with. I celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at Once Upon a Theme, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we were greeted with a fairytale-like atmosphere that instantly transported us into a world of princesses and magic.

The highlight of the party was undoubtedly the abundance of princess-themed decorations and activities. Every corner of the venue was adorned with beautiful backdrops, vibrant colors, and enchanting props. It truly felt like we had stepped into a storybook. My daughter and her friends were overjoyed as they explored the runway, dress-up corner, and magical tea party setup.

The staff at Once Upon a Theme deserves a special mention for their exceptional hospitality and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from the personalized princess crowns and goodie bags. Their enthusiasm and genuine care for the children's happiness made the experience even more memorable.

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the princess-themed activities. The salon station allowed the children to transform into their favorite princess characters, and the princess dance session brought out their inner performers. The highlight of the day was a surprise visit from a real-life princess, who entertained the children with delightful songs and even posed for photos!

Overall, Once Upon a Theme exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly magical experience for my daughter's 6th birthday party. This place was very nice. The owners are nice and accomodating. This place is especially great if you are always on the go as a parent. Just call them, tell them the theme and show up. You can go their prior to see the place and meet the owners of course. They also follow covid guidelines in case you are worried about that. The setting is very nice and little kids feel absolutely special coming here. They even have a runway for the kids to have a fashion show. They dont wash the kids hair or have a list of styles. It's mostly braids, and buns. My daughter has ethnic hair so it's better you do the bun ahead of time and let them add the glitter and crown clips. They also paint the girls nails and do their princess makeovers. Upstairs they have an area for kids who aren't into princesses. It's more videogames and superheros. Brush up on your ps4 skills because that's what they have. They have vr goggles even a racing car simulator. Best part is the snow room. The kids absolutely love the foam machine and the stuff that feels like snow and throwing it at eachother. They will definitely keep your kids occupied for 4hrs.
