Very disappointed with the changes brought forward with new management. Have been coming to this car wash for years and would always get the township special, but that is done away with. Asked for similar services, but got less than what a basic car wash would cost yet paid $32. Also the logistics of the car wash is very inefficient. Having to get out of the car while they vacuum to only get back in to drive it through the wash? Doesn’t make any sense. Hopefully something will eventually change since there are others that feel the same way based on the reviews.
UPDATE - Went back again just to think my first bad experience was a fluke. See pictures for the experience - center console was not cleaned, front windshield still had spots, streaks on the back window. I once again asked for the township special and even confirmed that included Armor all like the option I used to get, both interior/exterior. When I called to talk with the manager, she said that was only the tires even though I was reassured at time of purchase it was similar to the previous option. The manager also said the new logistical framework is aimed at being contactless, yet you interact with more people than how it was previously set up by having to get in/out of your car and someone coming up to your window to pay. It’s a shame how quickly this car wash has turned - on a sunny beautiful day, the line would be down the street. Today I barely waited 5 minutes, which goes to show long standing customers are going elsewhere, especially reading the unhappy reviews down below.
I will be calling the bank to get my money back, since I had to go to another car wash to clean up the mess...
Read moreSad and traumatic experience. Unfortunately, yesterday around 11:30am I had a very unpleasant experience at this carwash. I was welcome by this short light skin Ecuadorian guy (I believe his name is Sergio) yelling at me something that I couldn’t understood. He was making unkind and disrespectful gestures with his hands and face. I got so nervous because I couldn’t understand what I was going on. When he gets closer, he continues yelling something that I still couldn’t understand, when I asked again, what is happening? he just moved away mumbling, ignoring me and continuing doing disrespectful gestures. With same gestures, he direct other guy there to talk to me. The other young guy was sympathetic and explains that the carwash was closed and apologized for the other guy rude behavior by saying he is like that. I left the site shaking in disbelieve for what happened. I had been a customer there for about 20 years, I had met at least two of the previous owners and staffs and I had never experience such as thing. I found very offensive to be welcome this way. I believe that as a customer, I deserve some respect and this guy need better communication skill, better customer service skill or anger management to be working...
Read moreI will never go back. Pulled up to kiosk and hit the $19 service (wash, wax, armorall wheels). Put in my $20 and the machine says it owed me $11-so it only rang me up for the $9 basic wash. Gate didn’t go up and I didn’t receive change, so I called for an attendant. I mentioned it’s saying it owes me $11, but I want the $19 wash. He says ok, and he’ll meet me after my wash with my change. (He did bring me $1.00). Ok, fine. But I get to the wash and they only hit the basic wash button (no wax, no armorall of wheels) and when I get to the other side, I mention this to the manager and he tells me I got what I paid for. I mentioned that I have been there before and I know I didn’t receive the wax or the armorall (it lights up inside when that service is happening). I mention that I would like it to be waxed bc that’s what I paid for and he just shrugs and says “oh well”. So, I paid for a $19 service, received the basic wash service. They basically stole $10 and the customer service wasn’t great (shrugging and saying oh well). It was my second and last time going there, which is disappointing, because I was glad there was a place...
