Bamboo in Haddon — Restaurant in Haddon Township

I'm a bit more then a seasoned traveler and food buff. I've been to all of the states except Alaska and Hawaii. I've visited countless Chinese food places and unfortunate to say.... This place has alot of room to improve. The several dishes I've consumed from this restaurant tasted bland and honestly poorly prepared . The meat they get is fatty and the sauce they use seems watered down. The customer service is also below par. The lady is not friendly whatsoever and commonly doesn't greet you properly. I'm not saying you have to offer five star service but just saying hello how are you might spark up a bit of quality customer service. Maybe I've had four or five bad luck days at this place..... But it's consistently poor and well. ...

The woman. She clearly doesn’t want “specific” customers. After placing my credit card order, I regretted it, 3 mins into the visit. Let’s be clear. I’m a black, entrepreneur, who recently moved to the area. After she took my order, everything was cold and short. $9 and some change order. “10 credit card minimum!’” She wouldn’t even bring my plate of food to the table. I’m eating and in my phone sending emails, and I feel this GLARE! She’s staring at me, then smiles when I catch her. Bad experience! Never again. Learn better customer service. To cap it off, as I’m leaving, I ask to use the bathroom. “The bathroom is broke.” Hmmm..what an...

Absolutely awful. Worst customer service ever... The woman on the phone never... Got out order right (we thought it was a fluke the first time.. It's not). And she kept messing up the credit card machine. Extremely frustrating to deal with... The food wasn't that great either and the sushi was small amounts of fish. The horrible service eventually outweighed the convenience and we gave up on them.

Oh! And they don't honor their online specials and will cancel your order on you.
