I booked here for my sister’s bachelorette party. We overall had a fun time creating our projects, however the workshop took an hour longer than expected I think mostly due to the lack of helpers to run around to everyone’s table cleaning up projects and assisting the clients. I was also very disappointed that I had booked my project a couple months in advance and came to find out the day of that they didn’t have the hooks for my coat hook project... I told the assistant don’t worry about it and that I would take it home and just get my own hooks because I didn’t want to wait however long it would take for them to come in. When it came time to take the pictures of our projects, the leader said she couldn’t use my project in the company picture because I wanted to “customize” it. I didn’t want to customize my project. They didn’t have all the tools and I didn’t want to wait on them because I wanted to take my finished project home that day. I was a bit put off by this encounter because I wasn’t offered a refund for the cost of the hooks or anything. Our projects turned out nice I just wish someone would’ve ran to Lowe’s or Home Depot near by knowing they didn’t have all the supplies for everyone’s...
