The North Face Hagerstown Premium Outlets — Local services in Halfway

This store lost my business and everyone I know from the lack of respect and the powerful discrimination of the employees that work there. The managers and staff treated my military family and I will racism as well as disrespect to the point we walked out. They used racial slurs when the manager was contacted and nothing was ever taken seriously or handled in the right way. The regional office was called and David cut my conversation short and basically coughed throughout the the whole time I talked to him....again such lack of respect and sympathy. Being that our family travels all over the world this must be the worst store we have...

Where do I send the flowers ? Has to be a funeral coming soon. Maybe 20% occupied. Less than 10 days till Christmas. If we saw 40 people walking throughout the whole mall, we would be stretching the truth. Snack area.....no ice for the sodas from one of the three food choices there. Left, feeling very sad. So we stopped at Longhorn Steak House for dinner, down the street...had no ribs 5:15 in the afternoon. Think this will be out last outing here, from Baltimore.
