One Stop Jewelry Shop — Local services in Halfway

Thursday 3/13/25 I had lost the diamond out of my wedding ring worried I would not find a shop who could fix onsite, I noticed Will G review for one stop jewelry. Friday my husband and I stopped in to see if they could fix. We were greeted by a very nice lady named Denise she had looked at it and advised the head was very worn Joe was out at moment but she would have him take a look and call me with an estimate. Within an hour Denise called me with estimate which was very reasonable and advised would be fixed on Wednesday 3/19 as a new head would need to be ordered and wouldn’t be in until Tuesday.Denise had called me today 3/18 it was fixed a day early. OMG it was fixed and looked like new so nice and shiny as it did 19 years ago when my husband gave it to me. Highly recommend this shop. For several months I have been looking for a place that I could TRUST and not send my jewelry out of the store to be fixed…well this jewelry shop is a MUST to use. I stopped by yesterday with a broken chain on my favorite necklace and it was fixed in 15 minutes while I waited!! While I waited I had friendly conversation and felt so welcome. Keep in mind repair is not the only service provided….my husband returned to the shop to have a ring resized and watch band resized while he waited! Horrible lady at the counter! I went in to get measured for my ring size and was very very rudely told that she didn’t know how to help me because you have to “be sized where you’re going to buy your ring”. She interrupted and didn’t give me the chance to tell her that my boyfriend planned on coming in there to buy my engagement ring. I felt like she didn’t want me in there the second I came through the door. Never experienced such meanness from someone in customer service in my life.
