Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Halfway

This used to be a great store. Recently they changed exchange policies though and this caused me to have a terrible experience with the management. My elderly grandparents got me a gift at another Polo outlet (in Delaware) and it was the wrong size. I took it in the store here in Hagerstown, tags were attached and the garment unworn. Well, since my grandparents do all of their Christmas shopping there every year, I assumed a simple exchange would be no problem. WRONG! The management was extremely rude to me, but informed me that six months ago they changed their exchange policy. They did nothing to help me so I had to bother my grandmother and mail her back the garment so she could exchange it back in DE. Really embarrassing and inconveniencing! Their clothing has been steadily going down in quality and style while their prices steadily go up so, I'm not a huge fan of any of the Polo Ralf Lauren outlets...

The clothing is high quality with quite a bit to choose from and a few deals, very few. The prices here are expected to be somewhat high but a few choices (especially coats) seemed to be exceptionally high priced even after the storewide discounts. Example, $499.99 for a light/medium type coat that I would expect to be half that price or less. They had shirts, zip-up hooded and pullover hooded light jackets, medium winter jackets, a clearance rack (not a wide selection on this one), socks and robes (now these are very nice and priced to sell). I like to say thank you to "Monet" for great customer service. I thank you for your fast action to my not too good experience in the store. You turned it around for me, I even purchased an over priced tee sheet. I know I was buying the name and not to bad quality but really I brought to thank you for your quick thinking and assistance to me on the floor. Keep up the great work, warm smiles and knowing the store products.
