Service is good, people are very nice. The selection is excellent. Butt, and they're always seems to be a butt. I bought some glassware for bubble hash. It was about 50 or 60 bucks, I don't remember exactly. I put some tobacco in it to try it out, which discolored the inside of it. The stem on the inside separated from the pipe, rendering it useless. So I thought, well, no problems. I'll bring it back to show and tell them what happened and maybe they'll replace it or refund my money. The woman that was behind the counter acted like I just brought a pound of cocaine into the store. " you need to remove this from the premises immediately!! " I tried to explain that I didn't even get a chance to smoke out of it, and it broke, but she assumed because it was discolored that I had used it, which I had not. I was a bit shocked, honestly. I erroneously expected the the store would stand by the product they sold, but they didn't. I probably should have called the manager and spoke to them, but I was told that I should probably contact the company, which I thought was a cop-out. A thorough and total cop out. So the young lady, after observing my consternation, gave me 10% off my purchase, which I think came to like $2.50. I'd recommend shopping there. Do yourself a favor and by the glassware pipes or other accoutrements someplace else. I feel a bit bad about giving a two-star rating but after making me feel like I had done something wrong. and not even being a little bit open to helping me or taking care of my issue, they deserved it. I won't be shopping there again, and they're right around the corner from where I live. I even signed up for their frequent customer discounts. ...

The girl at the front desk was super nice and super pretty :) she really went out of her way to help me decide which strain would be best for me and genuinely shared her own experiences w different strains. I felt super comfortable and laid back. She had answers for all my questions, and if she wasn’t quite sure, she would just call back to the bud room. Wish I got her name so I could tell her boss how great she is, so hopefully she sees this. Everyone was very professional and chill. It’s super clean with good parking and friendly staff. I can’t express how wonderful the girl at the front desk was though she was a truly awesome employee. I’ll definitely be back.

And when you walk in there is a kiosk where you can scroll through all the products right next to the front desk so you can ask questions about the strains, prices, etc. by searching on the iPad before ordering.

Ordering ahead is better if you already know what you want but in this case, I’m glad I waited to order til I was there because I ended up getting a strain that fit my needs perfectly by asking some questions.

Make sure to bring your ID and be prepared to pay cash only (I put that at the top to save the staff and customers some time). There’s also a random app you can use to pay but I never heard of it. The ATM is right inside the bud room though.

Wonderful experience and definitely recommend this dispensary over all others for anyone nearby.

Not impressed with the layout of this place, the very confusing entrance led me to being scolded unfairly . When you walk in you’re suppose to go up to a very tiny check in window that is tucked in the back corner of the room you just entered, the window is very small and nearly impossible to see. Immediately upon opening the front door to enter however is the another door to enter the dispensary, right next to the door you just came in … and naturally this is where you expect to go next… when I walked in someone was leaving the dispensary through that door … when that door opened it appeared to me someone was unlocking the door for me to come in so I walked in never noticing the check in window. Once entering that second door I was immediately scolded by the staff at the front desk for walking in, but in my defense have no way of knowing what to do when I enter, I came in a door and another door opened so I came in. I feel unfairly blamed by how confusing this entire entrance system is. Whoever designed the layout of this place must...
