I had my doctor call in my ADHD meds and antidepressant a week before they were due. The antidepressant wasn’t ready for another 3 days. They told me they couldn’t order my ADHD med until the day it was due for a refill (which has never happened at any other pharmacy). So, I waited until the day it was due and I was out of the meds. I called and IT STILL WASN’T READY and they told me they were out of stock and to wait 4 days. I called again on the fourth day to see if it was ready and had to wait 20 minutes on hold for an ignorant teenager sounding woman to tell me that they didn’t have it. She told me they would have to order it and it wouldn’t be there for 2 more days and she hung up on me. They never even ordered it in the first place like they told me they would!! Now, I have to be without my meds for a full week and go through withdrawal because of these incompetent workers. This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever used and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use somewhere else, these people are awful and don’t care about you and they lie so they don’t have to talk to...

Absolutely abysmal service. Calling from a medical profession to get clients prescriptions filled I have had issues time and time again with this Walgreens. Insane wait times on hold. Have spoken to a pharmacist and given the rx orders only to have a client go to pick up their pain meds for a loved ones end of life care and been told it was in fact not called in . Have sat on hold for 30+ minutes to finally call back and speak to the store vs the pharmacy and been told that although the pharmacy hours were much later a pharmacist was not there as they left at one and did not think to reroute pharmacy calls to the store rather than having anyone who called sit on hold for 30 min before it auto hangs up. Poorly managed and staffed. I have never had such a terrible time getting my clients the care they need and would never recommend anyone with a needed medication do business with...

Great Walgreens. The location is always very clean, and the staff are helpful and nice. But I just have to gush about their make-up specialist, Elizabeth. I know nothing about make-up, and I needed a new foundation for my very small wedding earlier this month. Elizabeth helped me pick the perfect shade, and she was so lovely that I half-jokingly asked if she could do my make-up the next day for my actual wedding. And she said yes! Now, when I say I know nothing about make-up I mean I can't contour or highlight or even get my eyeliner right. Elizabeth made me look GORGEOUS!
