Yummy Poké Hibachi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Hamden

On the way home from school with a completely empty stomach, me and my friend stopped here to get lunch. As a joke, the low budget esc advertising and really long name set our expectations very low, but this place completely blew that away. We shared a poke bowl with crab meat, shrimp, seaweed salad, mango and the aloha poke sauce. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was the best poke bowl I'd ever had. I never leave a bad review… but the Food was not okay - too much sauce, the brown rice tasted old, didn’t feel the ingredients were fresh - i hope it was just today… because both my fiancée and I got sick. They should check their ingredients before serving. We both had bad stomachache and diarrhea approximately 2-3 hrs after our supper at this restaurant… we are suspecting it may have been the fish as they didn’t taste very fresh… I hope they take notice of this review so they can investigate further to prevent this happening...

I usually pick up for my family and myself. We love the bowls and the taro/boba teas. We love to make up our own bowls since everyone has their personal favorite items and needs. Everything is very good and very fresh with lots of choices for toppings, sauces and also very reasonably priced. The order is always ready when I get there. They are very friendly and very accommodating. I have picked up at least six times and will definitely continue to do so. Wish I found...
