I was disrespected by the staff/owners of this establishment. I’ve been coming here for years and although the lady is rude over the phone when placing my order I never let that influence my view of the food. It’s cheap and tasty food so I figured you get what you pay for which means a little bit of attitude on the phone. Sure. However they constantly mess up our orders, and we never say anything. It’s not worth the 40 minute to an hour wait for the right order or for me to leave my house to pick up a missing side which will make the rest of my food cold by the time I get home. Anyway, today when they did not get the order right I decided to call and ask if they could deliver the missing noodles asap especially since this wasn’t the first time. The lady hung up the phone. I called again to explain the situation and she was so nasty. Delivery would take an hour so I went to get my lo mein and asked if I could get reimbursed just for the lo mein (for the inconvenience). I thought I was being reasonable. I had paid cash so I didn’t think I was asking for much. She put a soda on the counter saying that’s all she could do but that’s not what I was asking for. She proceeded by snatching the food out of my hand, yelled, and made a gesture with her mouth where I felt like she was trying to spit at me (not sure what that was) in front of other customers. I felt humiliated not as a customer but as a human being. No one should ever feel like this. I was asking politely. We always tip this family very well when they deliver, we WERE loyal customers. Read moreThe food is fine and I like the ability to order online. However... I ordered online at 6:15pm and asked for a 7:30pm delivery. It's now 8:30pm and no food. This has been my experience every time. I think it's time to find a new place. Follow up: I called to ask where my food was and I spoke to what sounded like a very disinterested younger male. I said I placed an order over 2 hours ago and the food had not yet arrived. He said, "Well, uh... we didn't get any order." To which I replied that I had a confirmation email. He said, "Uh... hang on a sec." I waited a minute through muffled voices and the occasional shouting and he finally said that their fax machine had some issue. It took him another minute to formulate his next sentence which was, "Uh... if you want, we can make it now and send it over." I declined and hung up. Read moreI have patronized this business for many years prior to changing my diet choices. The food is good but the customer service is horrendous. The female proprietor thinks it’s good business to yell, scream and disrespect the customers who are the main part of them having a business. I REFUSE to spend my hard earned money on someone who thinks it’s okay to disrespect a PAYING CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER do business with them ever again!!!! In reading the reviews I’ve discovered that the most complaints are about the lack of customer service. I would recommend that anyone who endured this treatment ban this place.
