The manager’s energy is negative. She’s not very professional and lacks decorum. She processed a return for a set of items that didn’t include the full refund amount. When I politely/respectfully stated the discrepancies of the refund, she became VERY dismissive, and unwilling to fully analyze the issue. It took me several attempts to dispute it before she properly accessed the situation and discovered she in fact made an error. She didn’t even acknowledge her mistake or apologize for being so dismissive. This is the 2nd time she’s done this. I returned items there with other employees before and it has always been a seamless, respectful transaction.
