WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A PARTY - After booking a party for my son, I received an email notification stating I would receive a call from the staff a week or so prior to the party date, which never happened. The party was suppose to start at 5:00 and I arrived at 4:30 and waited patiently in this long line to only be told by this young lady with ZERO personality that we could not check in until 4:50. Around 4:45 some of our guests started to arrive and I wanted to make sure the parents of these boys signed a wavier, so I approached the young lady with ZERO personality again, and asked if she would check, as I'm talking to her she's looking at everything around me and wasn't paying attention to anything I has to say, she then proceeded to walk away and help another customer. Now it's almost 5:00, the time the party should be starting and I'm STILL not being helped, I have 13 kids waiting. I was finally given a room number at about 5:05, and we wait again another 5 to 10 minutes to get the stickers and socks. To my surprise the stickers have a time stamp of 5:00 to start jumping, but it's 5:15 at this point, so these kids Lost 15 minutes of jumping time. I've hosted many parties at many different places and this one had to be the most unorganized, and hardest to deal with Customer service wise. I also wanted to note, the front desk did NOT check any of the kids names to see if a wavier was signed and there was none if any supervision from staff members out on the floor, the few I did see were just standing around not really saying much to any of the kids not following any of the rules. I had such high hopes...
Read moreDIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Reviews were mixed so I wasn’t sure what to expect for our first trip. My toddler and I went together and found it was good for 3YO and up. They had a good summer toddler price so I was happy with they. We went on a hot day thinking it would be a good indoor activity. It was warm and very sticky inside, and got worse when you went further into the facility. Staff were friendly. I am giving 3 stars, only for the variety of activities offered. It was a large facility with a lot of different things to do! We went on a weekday and it was EMPTY. We had the whole place to ourselves. While I loved the variety of things to do, it was so beyond DIRTY don’t think I can return. The mats were worn, RIPPED, and dirty. Many mats and blocks and balls were broken but still in use. I’m not sure the last time the floors were mopped or vacuumed. There are signs for “no food” but I found opened food bags laying around, but we were the only ones in there, so I’m assuming it was from previous weeks or days. I looked out the windows when I was inside and I don’t think they have been cleaned in a year. The structures were covered in dust. I expect a childrens’ play place to be dirty or germy, but this was next level. Most socks only places have a roped off area where you can only wear shoes? Anyone can go anywhere in shoes or socks, even to the bathroom. I just can’t believe that they let it get so bad and don’t seem to care to fix it. I’m sure this place was incredible when it first opened, but it is so run down that I’m wondering when it will be shut...
Read moreI booked a birthday party for my son and his friends aged 7-10. Booked the party online, and the website allows party host to add guest, send invitation link and sign online waiver, etc. Which is very helpful.
On the day of event, FunZ called me in the morning to confirm our reservation. A friendly, helpful staff is assigned as our party coordinator at our arrival and she led us to our party room, which is set up with party table cloth, party paper plates, etc and COLD bottled water! Jumping socks and ticket stickers were delivered to us as well.
Kids have fun playing they don’t even bother the party time! We extended two more hours of jumping time. Every extended hour is $10 - great deal!
FYI - unlike some other park, FunZ don’t require parents/guardian who don’t want to jump to purchase an entry ticket. Makes so much sense! Some adults (like me) are not fit enough to play and jump and I feel the need to supervise the children. However i did not know this policy until I extended the third jumping hour.
I had been to a trampoline park years ago and I witnessed jumper ended up unable to move and being carried away by the ambulance on a stretcher. One jumper on one trampoline at a time, and DO NOT PULL the other person so they fall with you! That’s when injury happens!
I want to thank my party coordinator, the manager and the owner for being there to answer all our questions when we need them. Best wishes and I hope more people will find out...
