US Nails & Spa — Attraction in Hamilton

I have been a total of 4 times since April. The first 3 times I asked for my toe polish changed so they would match my nails..... not once in those 3 visits did they get painted. I went on Friday and said I wanted a pedicure.. figured I would get them painted that way... I then got a fill in with gel polish. Got in my car and the sun shining on them revealed a bunch of bubbles. I went back in and Charlie acted like he never seen it before. He put a couple more layers of top coat on and the bubbles seem to disappear. I left went to dollar tree and while waiting in line I looked down and realized my polish on my toes were a different color then my nails. Charlie had used another color (close) to what I had used. Went back in and he said they wasnt different colors they were obviously different even the customers were saying they were different. They found the correct color then painted yet another 2 coats of polish and 2 coats of clear. We are now up to 10 coats of polish. My nails look lopsided. I have been going to this shop well over 2 years. I go every 2-3 weeks for a fill. I take my daughter and have sent all of my out of town guest and local friends and family to this shop. I have given them the benefit of the doubt because they are close to home and usually very nice and they get you in and out. I ignored the fact that they charge you the same price for a full set as they do a fill and cut down. I have never had an issue in the shop and always tip. Today as it sprinkled I stood outside until they opened. I was the first one there. The owners arrived. I spoke and the woman that Ive never seen told me she has 3 appointments (that hadnt arrived yet) and I couldnt get a fill and that she was sorry. I politely told her I will not be returning and walked away. What an awful way to treat a regular customer. Now if her late appointments wasnt the first lady or something I dont get why I was refused service. Its ok though. Id rather go somewhere that appreciates all of their loyal customers. The WORST nails EVER. Kind of rude and when I asked questions was very short with me. I think just because I didn’t want a full set and the gel nail polish I was given horrible nails. I sat there for at least 20+ minutes under the nail dryer and my nails were still not dry when I left. After I left, they were still not dry. I have so many Nics & fingerprint molds in my nail polish. It’s ridiculous. I just don’t like the gel and I don’t think it’s worth the extra money. I work with my hands a lot and it does not last for me personally . So either the nail polish was old and that’s why it wouldn’t dry and was kind of thick and gooey or their nail dryer doesn’t work very well. Also, one hand is a little bit longer than the other hand. I have lots of spots that were not filed down And are jagged. I definitely did not spend $50...
