Golden Dragon Buffet — Restaurant in Hamilton

I have gone here many times, but as 5/11/18, I will not be returning. Firstly, we walk in to be seated. They walk us to one section, realize no tables were clean, and move us to another section. No big deal, except the table we were seated at hasn't been cleaned either. We had to ask if they could wipe it. This kid comes out, doesn't spray, but wipes half the table with a dirty rag. So my girlfriend and I wipe it with napkins to at least get the rest of the food off. Secondly, the chicken was undercooked, and they cooked the crab legs to the point where the shell was like rubber and the meat was dried up. I tried to tell our 'server' and all he said, and I quote, "you can tell lady, there." and pointed to the woman working the front desk. I then said, 'can you please go tell her or at least send her over here?' and he replied "no, you go tell her." I was absolutely appalled by this kid's response and the lack of care for customers that we got up and just left. Of course, the woman who WE were told to complain to, comes out after us for not paying. I have NEVER done that before, and never had this bad of service. On top of that, served food that is ill-prepared. I explained the situation and she didn't say anything else. Lastly, every time we have been there, the bathrooms have been absolutely disgusting, and they don't have soap, just hand sanitizer. On the way to the bathrooms, they have fans and dehumidifiers drying the floors and walls. I work for the City of Hamilton, and will be notifying the Health Department. When you first walk in your breathing that's good they take you to the table and ask you for your drink and it's good and then you go to the bathroom to wash your hands before you eat and the bathroom it's not clean it doesn't smell clean and then you go out of the bathroom your way to get some food and there is barely anything what I'm saying is most of the food is not good quality it's just old dried flavor it's not good the only good thing that I will eat in this place is the dessert which means fruit apples oranges and all the fresh food do they have there a lot of it is canned fruit but I still okay I didn't really like it I probably won't go back I don't know yet my father-in-law loves this place I mean what can I tell you and people love it some people hate it some people it's okay with it but they should do better job definitely keep the bathrooms clean and food...
