Magnolia's Weddings and Events — Attraction in Hanover Township

I can't begin to explain how happy I am with Magnolia's, Kim, and her staff. After a long and frustrating engagement filled with unexpected emergencies and well, COVID!, we finally decided that even impending apocalypse couldn't stop us from getting married. After the struggles, however, finding a place to be wed and to celebrate was a challenge to put it mildly. A reasonably priced, beautiful location for a smaller wedding in the suburbs was feeling woefully out of reach when I discovered this little gem! The moment we stepped in the door to the venue I knew that this was going to be it. Kim is AMAZING! I am sure she could attest to the fact that I am probably the least organized bride in the world, but she really helped me to put my chaos in order. We had 70ish guests and that really felt like a perfect number, but I think that even with 100 guests you will have plenty of space.

The venue, if I haven't said so already, is breathtaking. Every tiny detail makes the space unique and aesthetically pleasing. Our day of was a wild one, but everything flowed smoothly and we absolutely loved the staff on site that helped us keep things going. We did a lot of things DIY, from our "DJ" playlist to having friends officiate. The sound here was perfect for us to do a wedding playlist (oh and couples, don't be afraid to do that! People will still dance!) Included in the venue pricing are things like linens, table décor, and so on, which we partially took advantage of. If you are a couple that is looking for a place that can be made beautiful with little effort on your part, this is that place! One of our favorite things about this venue is the little cigar lounge/patio out back. Our guests loved this little area to take a breather when the dancefloor got too warm or if they wanted to smoke a cigar.

I chose Magnolia’s for a few reasons: first being the incredibly personalized experience provided by owner Kim and Deb. Kim was mainly communicating with me and she was so understanding, kind and accommodating of everything we wanted at our wedding. We met before the wedding to discuss all details and go over a full plan which ended up running seamlessly the day of. We even made changes along the way, but Kim did not even hesitate to make it just how we wanted. The venue is also so beautifully decorated. The only decor we brought was a white backdrop for photos and a welcome sign. This was so helpful since weddings can be so expensive just from the decor. This place saved us so much money because of its reasonable pricing. We were able to spend more time/money on more personalized aspects instead (instead of worrying about decor, flowers, layout etc) Also worth mentioning: The staff day of were so sweet and helpful, always cleaning up plates and running around to help us with everything we needed. Everything here was above my expectations and I hope to host an event here again soon!!! Thank you Kim, Deb and all staff for making me and my husband’s wedding...

Magnolia’s was the perfect place to hold my daughter’s bridal shower. The event space was very well thought out and each nook had purpose. We had coffee station, dessert table, main table, soda and mimosa station, gift table, prize table, guess the age table and bloom bar. There were many photo ops – floral arch, main black background that we decorated for our wildflower theme, welcome sign, front outdoor patio sign and space for our 360 camera. But most of all was the Magnolia staff. Kim and Deb were very helpful in the planning process and helped make our vision come to reality. Kim was present during the event and put up the patio sign and wildflower wall (she even added an extra touch with butterflies). The dessert and food were laid out perfectly and her staff were very attentive in making sure to take away the empty plates right away or refill the drinks. We played many interactive games and the space was plenty. Everyone had nice compliments about the venue and party!
