Went yesterday with a friend, we both ordered a refresher and waffle combo. Honestly, to us it looks like only one of the girls was really working, but I digress. We waited almost 30 minutes (we we got their at 11:10-15, it was now 11:35-40) before we ever even got our drinks and we only got them cause we told them we waited that long and we had a train to catch. When we got our drinks they weren't even our drinks so we had to tell them, which they did remake. Then they gave us protein oats instead of waffles, which we would’ve dealt with because at this point it’s 11:50 and we have to go catch our train at 12. We would have eaten them it was just kinda annoying. But then one of the other worker then came around the counter and threw our spoons onto our table. That’s when we told them that we didn’t order oats and that we wanted a refund. We did get a refund for the waffles/oats, but that doesn’t change...

This business is incredibly impressive. I absolutely love coming here and the owner is so knowledgeable and kind.

She cares so much about her customers and their health. Every time I come in the shop I’m treated with respect and compassion, like a person and not just a number.

I am being educated about so many different vitamins and supplements and can really feel a difference in my body and mind when consuming the products recommended.

Thus far I have had, the banana chocolate shake which was light and delicious, the monkey bowl which was filling and fantastic and finally the pumpkin banana bread shake which is exceptional and by far my favorite!

I am a regular here and continue to tell friends and family that this place is a must visit and anyone who is struggling with their mental and physical health should definitely pay a visit!
