ALDI — Local services in Hanover Township

I purchased air mattress in Aldi in May. After using this mattress occasionally for my sons friend sleepover The mattress started loosing an air . I went today to return this mattress but I did not have a receipt. Learned today to keep them! The manager Eric was very unprofessional and rude . He was very unfriendly and disrespectful . He offered the 3.99 credit while the mattress costed $39.99 and ofcourse he said he can not use my credit card which I paid with to check that the purchase was made in May this year . I was shocked how he treated me and did not make any effort to resolve this . Please be aware to keep your receipts when you buy...

As a frequent DoorDasher, it becomes inconvenient when I’m unable to find all the items that I need today, however was a nice change. Both Trevor and Ken were equally an integral part in helping me deliver the most efficient order with 100% accurate items. Each of these two employees were able to find items that I had actually replaced and I was able to use those as the original item to help the customer get the exact order correct. Their prices are very reasonable and the store is easy to maneuver. Remember to bring a quarter for the shopping cart to use and your bags to bag. You can buy bags if needed. Usually only one cashier the rest is self checkout with a credit card. Items that are popular tend to sell out especially if it is a nonfood item.
