Cherry on Top Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Hanover Township

This is the cutest shop with the nicest staff and the most delish ice cream. I went in with two other adults and 4 kiddos and we all had our orders (plus a to go order for grandma at home) in less then 15 mins. I was exhausted from taking car of kiddos all day and wanted an espresso but also a scoop of Zanzibar chocolate ice cream. The employee asked if I wanted the espresso poured over the top…and when I tell you that was the best decision I made that day, I am not embellishing. Lol it was amazing…so I went back two days later with just my kiddo and got the same order. And I’m headed that way again tonight. Third visit in less than a week! Highly recommend. This ice cream shop was a nice little treat! They had a myriad of flavors to choose from, which made deciding super fun (and a little tough!). A big shout-out to the nice young lady working there who was so helpful and let us sample some flavors before we made our final choice.

The flavors I tried were all great, making it a truly hard decision, but the Key Lime Cheesecake flavor truly hit the spot for me. It was absolutely delicious! Plus, it was great to see they have some tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.

We were looking for a local ice cream shop to try out that had some fun flavors and this checked all of our boxes! The banana cream pie was SO good! Followed closely by an elvis flavor that also had banana and pb. The service was really friendly and helpful, offering samples and we ordered a pup cup - a little ice cream with whipped cream and the cutest little cone. The outdoor seating was a huge perk. We are looking forward to coming back and trying...
