I rarely leave negative reviews (or any reviews for that matter), but this experience was unacceptable. I made an honest mistake selecting shipping instead of pickup and immediately reached out through every channel possible — email, Facebook, Instagram, even commenting publicly since they don’t list proper contact info. Instead of helping me switch to pickup, they cancelled my order and kept a 10% “inconvenience fee.”
I understand credit card processors keep 2–3%, and I would’ve been fine covering that. But pocketing the rest and calling it an “inconvenience” is nothing but a cash grab. It punishes genuine customers instead of scalpers and bots — the very people they claim to be protecting against.
If you value fairness, transparency, and good customer service, avoid this shop. They care more about nickel-and-diming than treating customers with respect.

Your reply is misleading and unfairly frames me as “threatening.” At no point did I threaten your staff or business — I stated that if this wasn’t resolved fairly, I would share my experience with others. That is transparency, not intimidation.
I acknowledged my mistake immediately and reached out on multiple channels before cancellation — email, Facebook, Instagram, even a public comment — because you don’t provide a working contact number. I also made it clear I had someone within driving distance who could have picked up the order. Instead of working with me, you processed a cancellation and withheld a 10% “inconvenience fee,” far beyond the 2–3% processor cost.
I fully support combating scalpers and bots, but punishing genuine customers with excessive fees and then mischaracterizing their attempt to resolve the situation damages your credibility far more than my honest review ever could.

For anyone reading this, please note: in their reply the business chose to publicly post my full name, my wife’s maiden name, and my city of residence, none of which had anything to do with my order. Read moreImma give it a 3, I didn't totally dislike the shop. Its one of the only 2 Tabletop shops from Hanover to Gettysburg and Westminster. Its more of a Table top hang out vs a TCG LSG shop. Minimal new releases and they only support 1-3 TCGs in product. They never answer the phone, I actually called while in the store to test it. And they seem to only respond via their discord. My problem is, the regulars can be creepy and heckle women in the store. If you're playing something that's not Magic the gathering, they let you know their displeasure... I was told this was a safe space for women to play TCG and table tops without judgement or heckling. But turns out, the owners buddies didn't get the memo and are comfortable being so forward.
We can't control what a person does or say, but when it's heard and happening right in front of the owners, I expect them to correct their friends for being creepy and shaming other players. Also, its difficult to be at the tables when proper etiquette isn't encouraged. One of the regular's has a kid that takes up 3-4 spots on their own, during an event, that seemed kinda selfish. I started seeing the shop be treated like a hang out with special treatment for regulars, not something that feels like I should go out of my way anymore to visit.
