Owner complained to Google and had my initial review removed. This just confirms that Connor can't take criticism for his dogs instead of using this to give customers better quality and tasting products. Yes, I've been here multiple times but each time same result, BLAND. Owner refuses to listen to constructive criticism from customers and instead will just block you. EVERYTHING IS BOILED from the chilli to the onions and boiled food doesn't have much flavor. These hotdogs really really lack in flavor. I've ordered each different dog hoping one would stand out but none have had a strong flavor or standout. The sweet onions which I really had high hopes for don't really work well with the chilli. If they were caramelized or smoked it would have been a winner but instead they are boiled with a sugar/honey sweetness instead of the natural sweetness of the onions being the star. The guy puts on a show of being friendly but the minute you say or do something he doesn't like he becomes Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. I saw this same behavior in the way that he speaks to his girlfriend Julie at the 2024 Halloween parade. He became so aggressive and angry with her over her not knowing where something was. He really speaks to her so poorly and she deserves better. I don't take much stock in his hot dog reviews because he criticizes other dogs but can't take it if someone has criticism for his. Connor has an inflated ego. There is no way he sells $300 or $400 in hotdogs in 1-2 hours when local businesses cover the tab but its a good...

I have never in my 25 years of life went to a hotdog cart and had a martins potato roll, because they are too expensive for most businesses.
Secondly, as for review stating there was a stale bun used, every pack of buns is checked by quality control and ordered almost daily. This person left a review on a day the stand was not open, although I will acknowledge that there is a possibility they could have visited another day. This given, they would not have received a stale bun, apologies if they think otherwise.
Thirdly, the Homedog L.L.C. wants the best for the community. He is committed to the quality and deliciousness of every dog he sells. He loves honest feedback and looks forward to holding the First Annual Hanover Homedog Hotdog Eating Contest coming in September!
Lastly, the amount of preparation for homemade chili, homemade slaw, and all other items that make up his delicious menu shows you the determination of his willingness to try to perfect the taste of his dogs and give the people what they want. If you are worried about paying a tiny bit more for homemade and quality ingredients then go get a $3.50 Double Cheeseburger from McDonaldās and enjoy...
