The purpose of my review is to inform. Today, 29th Nov 2024 my ADT alarm system was alerting me that the batterie (12Volt) was low and needed to be replaced. I bought a couple of spare 12 Volt batteries from the Harker Heights Batteries Plus Store about 6 to 8 months ago for such an event. I changed out the old batterie with one of the ones that I purchased and it didnāt work, however, it was fully charged (I tested it via two different methods) so I put in the other spare that I had and that worked. Therefore, I went back to the store today and informed the employee at the store what had occurred. He told me that Duracell only provide a 24-hour warranty. I told him to keep the non-working battery and that I wouldnāt buy another batterie from this store ever again. I spend around 300 to 400 dollars per year at that store normally for weapon sights and weapon lights ,alarms, and car fob key ring batteries etc... This is a small amount of revenue for the company to lose from a customer. However, Scott Williams (CEO) or Freeman Spogli, (The owners who Franchise Batteries Plus Stores) need to look into Duracell 24-hour warranty and so does the State of Texas both of whom Iāll be contacting in regards to my observation at the Harker Heights Batteries Plus Store. Bottom Line I would stay well away from buying any Duracell Batteries at the Harker Heights...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy iPad screen had a small crack on the bottom portion not effecting anything just an eye sore. It was brought in and they ending up accidentally breaking more within the tablet trying to replace the screen. Once fixed Iām not fond of the screen. Itās definitely after market, the touch doesnāt function the same, the home button on the iPad is now loose and is harder to push and wiggles and moves odd. There is a slightly gap all the way around making me assume the screen is slightly smaller then the original. My iPad was purchased brand new a couple months ago so Iām fairly disappointed I spent $200 on them fixing my screen and it now having all different issues as well as not functioning at the same level it did prior to even being sent in with a crack. We then called and were told we could get a partial refund go in to find out they want the screen they put on back, but my previous screen they threw away so Iād just have my iPad with no screen on it at all in order to get a partial refund. I do not know who did the actual damage to the the iPad, however we dealt with Cameron, the manager is Zach and the owner is Matt and I would not recommend going here for any sort of phone or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have used this store several times! Unfortunately they have lost my business due to their slumpy work which now caused me to not have a phone that I have to still pay for! The screws on the inside weren't properly tightened and it messed up my sensor. Now the sensor doesn't work. They didn't put in the screws in the bottom of my phone because he didn't have any in stock (which I understood since the 2 i had fell out when i dropped it). The problem is that the technician told me that the screen wont pop out and that it is secure , the screws are just extra security. So now my phone drops on its back in its case and the screen pops out. After taking it back to then and another technician explained that because it wasn't secure the sensor got damaged). I called the manager and I told her the situation and that I was willing to pay for a new screen if they can fix the sensor and she told me they wont pay to fix the sensor because she never got a request to order screws so that's not the shop's...
