I came here on memorial day 2025. Knowing it is a holiday I came here expecting a bit of a wait. I, however, was not expecting a THIRTY MINUTE WAIT. This wait was NOT due to them being busy, but simply a miscommunication within their team. The blizzard I had ordered was started today, but the employees thought it started tomorrow. If I had known it would have taken them more than 20 minutes to make a single blizzard, I simply would have gotten something else. After 15 minutes of waiting and seeing other orders after mine go out, I asked to cancel my order, I was told they were "putting it together." at 15 minutes. It took them 15 more minutes to give me the blizzard. Not only were they lying to me about actively making my blizzard, they would not allow me to cancel an unmade item. The manager cut me off when I was just trying to cancel the order using the excuse "she didn't know" referring to the woman who took my order. This was the worst way to handle this whole situation by all the staff involved; lying, being rude, and simply poor communication within the staff and to customers. Not only were the staff incompetent in service, but seemingly also in cleanliness. The bathrooms were tiny and smelled of sewage water. There was a DECAYING fly on the window sill. Whoever owns or is in charge of this establishment needs to really look at their staff and re-evaluate who they are paying to do jobs that are clearly...
   Read moreThought I would leave a review. There's a young girl with Brown hair that comes in sometimes with the backpack on her back. Uh, we've God add numerous instances with her one time she came in and were setting at a table. She sprays perfume on her. My husband is asthmatic, it was very strong. We thought it was quite rude. Another situation we go in there, and yes. She is mopping the floor spraying something by the front door as people are walking in and we notice that she doesn't even move out of the way for people coming through. On the same day, I don't know if it was the manager, but she walked up to the girl and told her to go and do something else, mopping, that the way she was doing it was incorrect. She was very rude, talking back to the manager. Today we go into order food. We tell her ahead of time that we want certain items. She comes back to the table. We are repeating the items to make sure that she's got them instead of starting to put the food on our table. She stands there with the tray. We're only there for lunch. So I take the tray that she's holding right there in front of us and start putting food in front of us. She turns around and very rudely, says that she was holding that tray, and I said, well, I was just trying to get our food. You kept talking. We've only got half an hour.    Read moreI would give it a -1 but I can't. The girl at the drive through was rushing me so much that I knew my order was going to be wrong because she wasn't listening. When I got to the window and paid she asked if I wanted my ice cream now I said no because I had to pull around for my food so I didn't want the drinks either until everything came out. The rolling of the eyes let me know, if my order was wrong I would just deal with it because I would dare not send it back for it to be drugged along the lid of the trash can and given back to me as if it was remade. And as sure as I knew it would be wrong.....it was. When I got home the buns were not toasted on both sides, top both sides bottom both sides. The burger meat was so dry and cheese so discolored that I knew that the burger meat had been pre-cooked and sat to the side in a warmer of some sorts because it was to dry to be just cooked. It was not a drop of juice in this burger. We use to go here all the time because it's by our home. But lately, the last couple of times have been bad.
