Hunan Palace — Restaurant in Harker Heights

I have been eating at this establishment for many years today I order a simple entree which only take 10 minutes for me to get my order and today it took 44 minutes when I first called in my order the young lady that was on the phone didn't tell didn't take my name she didn't even tell me how long my order would take so when I got there I told him who I was to pay for my order there was a cashier training a new employee I don't know what the dress code is but their dressing was very unprofessional one of the little one of the girls had on very short shorts and the other had on tight leggings with a shirt that didn't cover her stomach or her back the cook walked out in tears and I was there waiting for my order with two other gentlemen we weren't even offered an apology for what was going on in the back of the house the two young ladies that were waiting on customers at the front went back to the corners when they were told not to take any more orders both just sat down and got on their phones we weren't offered any drinks for our inconvenience when I got my food it was very watery watered down which wasn't anything like I normally get it would be very long time before I even go back to this establishment the customer service was very very poor today the owner had to come in and cook while the girls up front with just unprofessional Montreal was watered...

Always come here but this will be my last time the cook is new and he is terrible ordered hot and sour soup it came out white with no flavor ordered soups for my kids as well didn't come out till the food came out all at once other stuff missing order several dishes for instance orange beef pork with vegetable roasted pork lo mein egg rolls it was terrible from the service to the food the younger lady had a very rude attitude they even forgot my egg rolls and the pork with vegetables I had to ask several times got up and told her, im not happy is there a new chef and she said yes there is I told her it was he is totally off and the food is terrible I got up and told her please take the soup away and I am done she then tells me you will you have to pay for your soup and drinks I told her I'll pay for the drinks I'm not paying for the soup this soup just came out along with the food we took one sip of it and it was not good she persisted and persisted I paid for the soup I told her call the manager and she did and the manager told her to charge me for the drinks very terrible don't waste your time I recommend going to Killeen Taiwan dragon for the best Chinese...

Tried to order from this establishment tonight and ended up having to cancel. The front staff was alone and way over worked and overwhelmed. TOTALLY NOT HER FAULT! I was placed on hold several times, which I have no issues with. After ordering and getting my total it was almost TWICE what the total should have been according to the menu. After two more holds I asked if the prices have changed to which I was told the newly mailed out menu has the updated prices, I've only been in the area a week so it's newly mailed! When I tried to ask about the prices I was cut off numerous times. I just asked politely to be able to finish what I'm saying, to which I was once again cut off mid sentence and told she didn't have time to go over the prices and such she is too busy to listen and would I like to cancel my order. I was floored. After a moment of shocked silence I asked for my order to be cancelled. I work customer service, and would have and could have waited to be help properly. If you don't have to time to at least let me finish a thought and a statement then you surely don't have time for my hard...
