Placed an order online. Realized I hadn’t specified what type of rice I wanted so I called to update my order. (At least 15 min later) The young lady that answered the phone informed me that online orders required a “call back” to confirm (yet no info of this is placed online). When I picked it up, I asked the worker if silverware was in the bag because I wouldnt have any at the place I was going. He assured me it was, and of course when I got back to where I was going, I found there was none in the bag. I also found some of my good was missing.
