I love PF and I've been all over US and have used a lot of them and haven't had any issues until today. I come in the door getting my PF app ready and I'm with my handicap sister in law. She doesn't have the app to sign in so she always gives her phone number. The sign in devise was up at the counter but since he was at the other computer with a customer my sister in law was waiting to give her number and I was standing behind her waiting for my app to open. He gruffly said you can check in on the otherside and I said I know that but she has to give you her number and he proceeded to tell me i have an attitude and i said im not the one with an attitude you started off with one and tells me well im not gonna argue with you and if you wanna argue im gonna KICK YOU OUT!!! Seriously!!! that's some great customer service there. I have never been treated so rudely. So if everyone walked in and he has a tude and they try and say anything back he has the right to kick them all out...then what... everyone will go else where. He totally messed up my workout session and just put me in a bad mood and I can't even concentrate on what to do as I'm so beside myself that I was treated with such disrespect. Read more1st of all i really like that miss s offered my the best deal last year of paying the full year in advance. then this year when i went back to renew and have insurance now that will pay for an upgrade black card membership i spoke with mr d. he explained most of the perks but i told him i wanted to go check out tru-fit and he said it was fine. i came back to mr d right away because tru-fit doesNOT have 24 access and they dont offer the ability to bring in friends and family as guests like the black card membership does. then mr d rolled out the red carpet and showed me the perk rooms and answered all my questions. i told him i really wanted to come back with him also so he could get the work commission since he was so nice to me. he told me that they dont get commission at all. i was like "wow then you and miss s are just awesome like that and show us so much love to try to get us the best deals. that goes a long way in my book. then i found out that mr d is actually the manager and i really thought that was awesome because he never even told me his title. the rest of the staff members are really helpful as well. especially miss j, she is always cleaning and doing such a good job at it. also a young lady maybe in her 20's that has nice short curly hair. she went above and beyond to help me with getting my guest pass setup for my cousin. Read moreI haven’t been to a gym in almost a decade and I’m so glad I decided to bite the bullet and come here for my first time after a long hiatus. I came for the first time around 10pm, and it wasn’t that busy at all. A decent size crowd, but not enough for you to have to wait your turn for equipment.
This literally is a no judgement zone they pride themselves on and everyone minds their own business, yet the front desk staff are still present and friendly if needed. The gym itself is very spacious with equipment sectioned on functionality. The equipment is very up to date and clean, with various trash bins, paper towels and sanitizing bottles scattered around so you can be a courteous gym member and wipe down your equipment after use. The building is well ventilated with the air conditioning blasting hard, where if you stay still, it is actually chilly, perfect for when you’re powering through your sets.
The bathrooms were spacious and clean as well, with numerous lockers (bring your own lock), and a few showers to refresh yourself after a hard workout.
I have yet to try the tanning beds and hydro massage, but I am excited to do so as the lobby beside the rooms are clean and comfy looking. Definitely will remain a...
