Dollar Tree — Attraction in Hartland Township

This location was my first visit to a Dollar Tree store, it was a serendipity experience. I was impressed with the helpful cheerfulness of the employees and the well ordered layout and no clutter. Thinking that perhaps I had wrongly shunned Dollar Tree stores, I paid a visit to one near my home. What a difference! Although the store was clean with only a few boxes in the aisles, the employees looked glum and slovenly, definitely not people to ask for assistance. Perhaps a minimum wage, or close to it in one location does not get quality employees as it appears to...

I will never step floor in this location again, I came in on 1/25/2021. I went straight to the candy isle, minutes later the cashier comes from behind the cash register and came down the same isle I was in acting like she was looking for something I already knew what she was doing so I laughed it off so as soon as I got what I was getting I went to the register and she actually counted what I had which was six packs of candy. For one I don't steal and never would it's just dad how people still stereotype I hope the location goes...

Can't say that I often venture into dollar stores. After coming into this store I don't know why I haven't before.

Look, you get the concept, everything is a buck. I don't have to get into that.

What I didn't realize was how many everyday food and household items I regularly pay more than a dollar for at Kroger or Target can be found here.

The store is a little rough around the edges but it's easy to find what you are looking for and the staff seems helpful...
