This is one of the worst experiences that k have ever had at any fast food places... It was lunch rush so I just let it go but there is still no reason for it. First off the bathroom was a mess. Toilet was dirty, toilet paper was all over the floor and it looked as if the mirror hasn't been washed in a few days. Then I got in line to order food. I placed my order and was given my receipt which was taken correctly as I ordered. it took over 20 minutes for me to get a drink, cinnamon twists and 3 coolranch cheesy gordita crunch's. Once I heard my name called I jumped up and picked up my tray. There was no cinnamon twists or cup on it. So I proceeded to stand at the counter for another 4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I told them I ordered a large drink and cinnamon twist. She handed me a medium cup and walked away. So I continued to stand there until someone else asked if I needed anything. I told them I ordered a large drink not a medium and a cinnamon twist. She corrected it. I sat back down and opened my tacos. And what would you know... None of them were cool ranch. I had one that was the firey she'll and the other two were the third option. I took two of them up to the counter and stood there for a couple minutes and nobody asked if I needed anything even after I was vocal andyelled out for help. I tried to eat them but they were just not done enough. The cheese between the shells wasn't even melted. I will never return to this building again. Normally I understand messed up ordered as most employees are young kids. But the youngest looking worker here looked at least 30. Worst taco Bell...

There are a few things to consider in my review, & if you have been here a few times; I think you'll agree... this one has ups and downs!
First off, the service I received at my last visit was worthy of a 5-star review! (So good in fact, I asked for the manager's name, just for this review!) FYI - It's Phil 👍
Second, I have come here in the past and got bad service &/or poorly made food that would/should have received a 1-star review... Like I considered never coming back bad 😱
Third there are several recent 5 and 1 star reviews that also support my thoughts on this Taco Bell! 😅
It all leads me to the conclusion that it is, in fact, as true 90% of the time in business - the workplace rises and falls with management!!
Now because I would much rather promote the good than criticize the bad, I asked for a manager's name when the service was excellent not deplorable... Lol
So in conclusion, I'd say that whiIe I am sincerely disapproving of some 🙄 managers at this Taco Bell; I can say that one manages his shift as good or better than any Taco Bell I've ever been to in nearly 40 years - Go Phil!! - keep up the great work!👌😎

Read moreI have been to this location on 4 different occassions, 1x inside and, 3x drive-thru. I ABSOLUTELY HATE REFRIED BEANS. My first two times through the drive-thru, I ordered the Mexican Pizza, NO BEANS, no pizza sauce add nacho cheese and when I got home, there were BEANS on my pizza and no beef. My husband took my pizza back one of the times without any sort of compensation for our time and gas to have to come back to YOU because my order was wrong. Our 3rd experience was ok, we dined in so of course my order was right. So tonight, I went through the drive‐thru and ordered the Nacho Box, no REFRIED BEANS (I said the word refried just in case they were not hearing me properly) and asked for extra beef. So before leaving the order screen, I read over it and everything was just as I had asked. Well, when I got home, my Nachos once again had BEANS on it and hardly any beef. Remember I said I asked for NO REFRIED BEANS, just in case they were misunderstanding beef for beans, well now it is clear to me that the crew members can hear just fine, they are just a bunch of morons who don't understand the importance of good customer service!!!
