Big Chicken — Restaurant in Hartland Township

Unfortunately today's review doesn't have pics, partially because of waiting in 94 degree heat is draining. I'll start by saying I was excited to try the place but unfortunately expectations were flatter than my Pepsi. So, we got two ultimate chicken combos. Cost for two to eat was $30. For $30 I could get a lot....the drink very small, fries were super wet in the bottom of the bag to the point that the fry basket was falling apart before I could even eat a fry. The sandwich....I had very high hopes for after reading these comments, unfortunately maybe this hope is why this review hurts soo much to leave. I question if I ate at the same place they did, I had to look at the receipt to make sure. This sandwich was undercooked on one side, and the other side was like it was put in a microwave for too long to the point where it hurt my teeth to bite into, I checked to make sure it wasn't a bone, nope just super dried out chicken. Like it was microwaved and the microwave plate didn't spin or something. It has almost no onions on it, no sauce on it, the Mac on it was dry and flavorless, the ranch we asked for wasn't even put in the bag. Waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes in 94 degree heat with no air conditioning wasn't fun. I gave two stars because at least the young lady at the window was kind and had a smile...

We went through the drive-through today to check out the new big chicken. Sad to say that I was pretty disappointed. First, I ordered the original chicken sandwich and I asked the drive-through attendant if it was spicy because I do not like spice at all. He told me it wasn't spicy at all, I ordered that. It in fact was spicy. The chicken itself was juicy and it would've been really good. Had it not burned my throat. My daughter ordered the kids popcorn, chicken meal, which comes with fries and soft drink. She does not like soda so we ordered a lemonade. For kids, chicken, it was pretty peppery. She had one bite and was done because of the spiciness of the pepper. Also, I don't know if there is such a thing as foot water, but if there was, I'm sure it would taste like their lemonade. Absolutely awful. Does not resemble lemonade in any way shape or form. All that being said, the service was great and the employees were very friendly. I don't think I will be...
