Obviously this place is very busy at times; however, my last visit was super unpleasant! My boyfriend and I ordered and waiting at least 20 minutes before we started to realize that the people behind us started to get their orders before us, which is normal! But it got to the point that we assumed they forgot our order because we saw our order get pushed aside and forgot about. We tried to politely inform the employees of the status of our order by standing near the front. When we were continuously ignored by all the employees, we said âexcuse meâ to one of the girls working there, to which she made eye contact with me and rudely looked away and blatantly ignored my presence. When finally one of the employees asked us about our order, turns out that they did mess up our order!! Overall, the service was completely terrible. First two times it was excellent, no issues (other than it consistently smells like chemical cleaning solution when you walk in, but not in a good âitâs clean hereâ way). I went there today (9.10.23) and was told they didnât have any ice cream and could only do slushies. So we left and went next door to McDonalds. Stuff happens. But the reason for this 3 star review is how I watched them treat a lady and her daughter in front of me who ordered something online thru the app. They were told they couldnât refund them in the store and they had to go thru the app!! With zero sympathy! The lady who told them this was a middle aged female with pink glasses. Appearing to be a manager perhaps, not sure. I ordered a large blizzard and a medium blizzard, they repeated my order back to me correctly but still managed to get my order wrong bringing me a large blizzard and a small blizzard. When I pointed out that they got my order wrong I was told "well we repeat the customer's order back to them" as if it were my fault. Obviously if they repeated my order back to me and it wasn't right I would have corrected them. They also blamed the poor service on the fact that, and I quote, "it's kid's working here" and I was encouraged to be more patient and understanding. Well maybe you shouldn't hire a bunch of teenagers who can't even get a small 2 item order correct, teenagers who aren't even capable of using a non chip debit card, they didn't even know how to slide my card through the card reader. Perhaps hire some grown adults and pay them a decent wage and service...
