Learning Express of Havertown — Attraction in Haverford Township

Terrible customer service. Walked into the store with my daughter and the two young ladies behind the counter didn't even speak or greet us. Then an old gentleman came out from the back and was holding a conversation with one of the girls and he walked right by me. None of them ask me if I found what I was looking for or anything. After I purchase my item none of them even said thank you or good night.

Terrible experience, I know we are going through some trying times but I brought my kids in here to look around for gift ideas. After several minutes an employee came to me and said that all 5 of my kids had to stay by my side and they couldn't took anything she then proceeded to take a toy out of one toddlers hand. Didn't ask if we were buying it, I had several toys that I was going to buy but I put them back on the shelf. Lighten up, kids are the least likely to be effected. I love Learning Express stores, however I will not be visiting this location anymore. I went in looking for a specific Squishmallow they had just gotten stock of. When I asked about it, the employee boasted that she had just bought the last one, then proceeded to gloat about how she was able to make several hundred dollars profit the weekend before by reselling squish she bought for retail and inflated the price on. I love Learning Express’s selection but this experience really put a sour taste in my mouth about this location. I only shop at...
