Find a major ACME supermarket store in the corner and a hardware store in the back of it, giving you an option to enter/exit from highway side or an ample parking in the rear. Do not forget a tailoring shop up the road, a smoothie king shop, antique thingy, Fine Wine and Spirits, eateries, the pub down the road and the gas station that has such an unusual name as CONOCO that reminds of some things in the past years.
There is public bus prying the major road known as PA 3 or West Chester Pike that runs east into the city of Philadelphia and west into the countryside of Pennsylvania. Expect heavy traffic in peak hours along the stretch of Manoa Shopping Center and its surrounding areas.
